Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth plant operations and maintenance
- Lead the process engineering group to achieve strategic objectives and goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or related field
- 7+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Experience with plastic extrusion equipment, web handling equipment, and rotation equipment preferred
