Resort Manager Job Description

Nectar Yoga Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily resort operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless resort operations.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for resort materials and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Front Desk Duties: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Marketing and Events: Develop and implement marketing plans, and manage events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Maintenance and Inventory: Oversee maintenance activities and manage inventory to ensure efficient resort operations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
