Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Technician with Crompton Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.


You will adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, repair or replace mechanical units or components, test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, and estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.


You will also perform scheduled maintenance service, test and adjust units to specifications, complete reports to record problems and work performed, and coach and instruct apprentices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
