Job Summary

Axiom is seeking a skilled Corporate Litigation Specialist to join our team in providing expert legal guidance and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or consumer litigation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in an in-house corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze complex legal conflicts and advise clients on effective solutions and negotiation strategies.
  2. Manage litigation and outside counsel relationships to ensure seamless execution of client objectives.
  3. Collaborate with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on a range of corporate policies and litigation matters.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment.
  2. -Ability to work remotely full-time for corporate clients on a contract basis, helping to resolve in-house litigation matters.
  3. Admitted to the bar in the province in which you reside.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with database management of litigation materials.
  2. Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workloads.
  3. Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
