Fraud and Banking Litigation Practice
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney for a period of 12 months to join our thriving Fraud and Banking Litigation practice located in the heart of Toronto's uptown business district. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably with a focus in banking law and civil fraud matters.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and extensive courtroom experience. They will be responsible for contributing to the continued success of our well-established and specialized practice group, representing some of Canada's largest financial institutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized Canadian law school
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in banking law and civil fraud matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive courtroom experience
