We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team at TSN Infotech Inc. as a Financial Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including data entry, processing, and payment;
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, contractors, and vendors;
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors;
  • Provide technical support and training to staff members on payroll-related tasks;
  • Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues;
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll functions;
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting payroll practices;
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on payroll performance and metrics.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems, such as ADP or Paychex;
  • A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including employment standards and tax codes;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
