We are seeking a talented and experienced hair stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a key member of our salon, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a salon environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts, customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive salon atmosphere
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
