Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing customer service, and meeting or exceeding company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products to customers.
  • Meet or exceed company objectives in sales and individual statistics.
  • Learn to provide consistent and documented appraisals of sales performance and provide feedback to associates.
  • Adhere to visual guidelines, including merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with our company's dress code policy.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Control expenses by protecting company assets and managing store inventory.
  • Assist in preparing store schedules and managing wage control.
  • Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory and perform proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Open and close the store as required, following procedures outlined in our Operations P&P Manual.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relative experience.
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of work time.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
