Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and trends
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Goal-oriented, hardworking, and positive attitude
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic security clearance and bondable
  • Own transportation and availability to work in a fast-paced environment
