Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Phantom Works Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping systems, including manual and computerized accounting software. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$55,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including support for newcomers and refugees, visible minorities, and indigenous people.
