About the Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital part in our multidisciplinary team, providing personalized care to patients. Your expertise will be utilized to perform assessments, plan and implement care, and administer medications as needed.

Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications according to established protocols
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized nursing services as required

Requirements
• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses with one year of recent experience in community, acute care, or long-term care settings
• Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Mental health and substance use experience is an asset
