About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lucky Sunridge Limited Partnership. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate a cash register, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
