Job Title: Senior Solution Designer - Contact Center Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Designer to join our Contact Center Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the functional design and development of application systems across all technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of application systems across all technologies and platforms.
  2. Provide consultation to senior management on existing and emerging infrastructure technologies.
  3. Translate user requirements to process and data requirements and develop solutions for the business.
  4. Provide technical leadership to develop precise steps and processing logic across all platforms.
  5. Provide comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to other IT senior management and technical teams.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer with Contact Centre technologies.
  2. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Technical discipline.
  3. Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of technology trends and emerging technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
