Voilà is a new team dedicated to launching and scaling Sobeys' new e-commerce grocery home delivery business. We are looking for experienced, passionate, and customer-obsessed individuals to join a diverse and driven team whose mission is to help Canadians stay one step ahead of their busy lives.

Job Summary

The Delivery Driver will ensure the timely and accurate distribution of goods to homes and businesses of our customers. The Drivers will always be cognizant of the integrity and safety of the materials they transport. The Delivery Drivers will do their utmost to keep customers satisfied by being friendly, courteous, thorough, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with our vibrant and diverse customer base.
  • Deliver a great customer service experience.
  • Make decisions to do the right thing for the customer.
  • Explore various neighbourhoods of Calgary while delivering groceries.
  • Work independently as part of a large team.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in various conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs+ at a time and navigate stairs.
  • Comfortable driving in urban, suburban, and rural areas.
  • Confident driving in daytime and nighttime conditions, and in inclement weather.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 6 feet high.
