Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Contract Administration: Negotiate and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, conducting regular site visits and inspections as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
