About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5+ years of experience in software testing. Your expertise should include creating test automation frameworks from scratch, using UI and API automation tools like Playwright/Selenium/Java and Karate API/Rest Assured. Agile project experience and strong communication skills are also essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of defect-free solutions. Additionally, your experience with version control tools, preferably GitLab, will be valuable in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidate can be located in Canada or willing to relocate; travel in the US and Canada may be required
  • At least 4 years of software testing experience
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with BrowserStack/CICD preferred
  • Life Insurance domain knowledge; else any Insurance domain knowledge
  • Experience on Life Insurance tools like WMA/TPP/Cornerstone/Agenium

EARNED ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$120,000 based on qualifications and location (including relocation assistance if necessary)
