We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Building Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating plans and quotes for technical projects in buildings mechanics for our institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate plans and quotes for technical projects in buildings mechanics for institutional clients
  • Participate in construction surveys, development of plans and specifications, and installation on Autocad of electromechanical projects
  • Monitor construction projects and ensure timely completion
  • Write technical reports for energy efficiency grant applications
Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in construction supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
