About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Brillio Tech Inc. as a Supply Chain Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Task Organization: Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient accomplishment of work.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights into operational performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff members, providing guidance on duties and policies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
