Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Brillio Tech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and supply chain operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Task Organization and Coordination: Organize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
