Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and supporting our Investment Advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of incoming client contacts, including telephone and email inquiries
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, such as managing client accounts and preparing client reviews
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date
  • Assist in preparing mailings, such as seminars and newsletters
  • Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors and print and distribute reports
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will serve clients and work with RBC partners and employees across Canada
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps is required
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are required
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service are required
