Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and assets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and implementing effective security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The language of work is English.
