Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Software Engineering team at Dell Technologies. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and prototyping applications and solutions using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using a variety of programming languages, including Python, GoLang, Java, C++, and JavaScript.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in translating customer requirements into tangible technical requirements and developing proof-of-concepts.
  • Engage in collaborative software development practices, including pair programming, test-driven development, and rapid prototyping.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 3+ years of software industry experience.
  • Excellent track record in software design and development, with significant experience with multiple programming languages.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: SQL/NoSQL, Knowledge Graphs, Vector DBs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Large Language Models.
  • Understanding of one of the following: Hyperscale, Cloud, Enterprise, or SaaS architectures/applications.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with data modernization and decentralized data management, building or maintaining data pipelines or ETL processes, MLOps, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
  • DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Vagrant, Orchestrators such as Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon, Docker Swarm.

Compensation and Benefits:

Dell Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $111,350 - $144,100, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
