We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and preparing tax returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Private sector experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • MS Excel skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a permanent employment contract and opportunities for professional growth.

Please note that overtime may be required in this role.
