The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide senior-level administrative support to our Executives and their direct reports, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results and the achievement of business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective administrative operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees
  • Prepare and present business intelligence materials, including reports, dashboards, and presentations

You will work closely with internal business units and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of premises and building-related matters, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Qualifications:
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in an administrative/professional support function and post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional results
