Toby Authentic Foods Retail Store Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Toby Authentic Foods. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of 1-2 staff members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient supply chain logistics.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage cash handling, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
