Job Title: Creative Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Specialist to join our team at The Printing House. As a key member of our pre-press production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality print files are produced for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-flight customer files against work order specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare digital, offset, large format, and 4-color files for output, ensuring compatibility with our technology.
  • Consult with customers on design, layout, and make revisions as required.
  • Operate DTG-custom apparel printers and finishing equipment, maintaining accuracy and detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Work with various programs, including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Pit Stop, and MS Office.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the Pantone Color System, CMYK, and RGB color spaces.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
