About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Garaventa Lift. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accessibility products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and accessibility lifts
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with elevators and accessibility lifts
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair
  • TSBC H-Class certification or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in industry-specific software
