About the Role

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Depot Executive / IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform IMAC services on hardware, including desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Install, upgrade, and configure software, including staging and imaging.
  • Provide break-fix services and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Offer 1st or 2nd-level help desk support to end-users.
  • Perform LAN and internet working-related activities.
  • Handle bench repairs and remedial maintenance.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party IT vendors as required.
  • Manage IT asset inventory as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in hardware, software, and end-user support.
  • Demonstrate junior-to-intermediate internetworking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized IT program.
  • A+ certification and other IT industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or other OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP, etc.) are preferred.
  • Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Be able to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Be available to work flexible schedules.
