Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at JC\u0027s Banquet & Grill House.

Job Summary:

The Bar Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience in our bar.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage bar finances, including revenue and expenses.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our bar and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bar management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
