At 49 Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team in driving organizational change and improving team performance. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will lead multiple teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach team members in Agile practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who wants to make a significant impact on the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members.
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and effective.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams' progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters and team members.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working in government or large-scale organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean) is beneficial.
