Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the store
• Perform general housekeeping and merchandising duties
• Assist with signing, pricing and POS operations
• Support loss prevention efforts
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

What You'll Need:

• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and stand/walk for 8 hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween:

Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is a seasonal retail company that operates Spirit Halloween stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but you will be employed by the independent owner and operator of the store. The application that you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
