Customer Service and Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Home Depot. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the hardware department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, answering their questions and assisting with their needs.
- Recommend and sell hardware products to customers, ensuring they find the right solution for their needs.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Be comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods of time.
- Wear CSA-approved safety shoes and follow all safety protocols.
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
