Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our telecoms infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare detailed reports on production and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Team Management

Supervise a team of workers and projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Coordination and Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines, ensuring seamless integration with other work units.

Staffing and Training

Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to perform their roles effectively.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Personnel Actions

Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as necessary.

Procurement

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
