Job Title: Telecommunications Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of telecommunications technicians and engineers
  • Ensure that all telecommunications systems and equipment are installed, maintained, and repaired in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Monitor and analyze telecommunications system performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that telecommunications systems and equipment meet business needs
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
