Operations Supervisor Job Description

At MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC., we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train and develop the skills of our operations team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing data and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, review progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 administrative clerks, general office clerks, and record and file clerks.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.
