About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Finance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our corporate office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support change management of varying scope and type, focusing on execution and sustainment activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Function as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff, providing accurate and timely processing of transactions, activities, services, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and develop effective relationships.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations to take appropriate actions and maintain operational integrity.
Requirements:
- 6+ Months of Back Office Banking/Investment/Wealth Experience
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal - English)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
