About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Labour Relations Auditor to join our team at CP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Collective Agreements and expense reimbursement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply Collective Agreements related to expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze and review expense reports and claims, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit-related reporting, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Liaise with operating officers to resolve expense claims and address any concerns.
  • Create educational bulletins and directives to promote awareness and compliance with Collective Agreement requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in Labour Relations and/or auditing.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Labour Relations and/or auditing.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify process improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP ECC, including expense reports and time entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and build positive relationships across all organizational levels.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
