We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at False Creek Co-operative Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relations: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Consultation and Coordination: Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Support: Prepare draft agendas for meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Technology and Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work. You will have access to on-site amenities and free parking.
