Herschel Supply Co. is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join their dynamic retail team. As a key member of the team, you will create an engaging shopping experience for customers, interacting with people in a real and authentic way to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome customers to the store and provide a positive shopping experience.
  2. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  3. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products to customers.
  4. Maintain knowledge of in-store stock availability on the sales floor, in the backroom, and online.
  5. Actively maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized, while ensuring the store is clean and well-presented.
  6. Receive and process stock from the warehouse, including unpacking, scanning, receiving, counting, tagging, and placing on the floor.
  7. Assist with restocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required.
  8. Ensure items from change rooms are returned to the appropriate area.
  9. Complete assigned clean-up duties.
  10. Utilize the Point-of-Sale system and Mobile Point of Sale System, processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.
  11. Stay up-to-date on new product launches, trends, and initiatives.
  12. Participate in staff training and store events as required.

Availability

We expect all part-time employees to be available for opening and closing shifts a minimum of three times per week. All employees must be available at least one full weekend day. Part-time is 25 hours or less per week. However, depending on customer volume, we can allocate full-time hours to support the business.

Wage Band

$17.40 - $18.40 per hour depending on experience
