Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding areas
  • Handle customer transactions and operate a point-of-sale system accurately
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the counter and surrounding areas


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
