Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering high-impact initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging their knowledge and expertise to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Maintaining accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and status reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project delivery with a significant IT component
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, relationship, and vendor contract management skills
  • Experience leading project teams with budgets from $1M (Intermediate) to $5M and up (Senior)
  • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Industry experience obtained from more than one industry, such as Insurance, Crown Corporations, Public Sectors, Healthcare, and Telecommunications
  • Familiarity with project management tools and technologies
  • Formal Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational facility
  • PM certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe
  • Other relevant certifications such as PROSCI, ITIL, Six Sigma
