Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Magna International Inc. in St. Thomas, ONTARIO, CA. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to safety, quality, flexibility, and throughput.
Key Responsibilities- Establish process parameters and procedural requirements to police conformance.
- Develop, analyze, and implement continuous improvement ideas to meet long-term customer required cost reductions and maintain profitability.
- Contribute to the development of material handling logistics and assist in the internal instruction of new equipment or processes.
- Coordinate and assist in activities for successful attainment of customer quality milestones.
- Assist in setting up preventative/predictive maintenance requirements and co-ordinate all required actions to resolve quality issues.
We are looking for a candidate with a Mechanical/Manufacturing/Integrated/Mechatronics/Electrical Degree/Diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
