Chief Financial Officer

Dulcedo Management is a leading talent management group in Canada and North America, with a presence in Montreal, Toronto, and globally. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee financial risk management, including foreign exchange contracts, language compliance, and banking agreements
  • Lead the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
  • Collaborate with senior management to make strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy, accounting, and budget management
  • Experience in leading and managing finance teams, including accountants, analysts, and other finance professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements
