Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Description

TALINKO Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Montreal-based team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within the finance and accounting function, with a strong background in the distribution sector.

The successful candidate will have experience in ERP system implementation or migration, excellent business acumen in an international corporate environment, and demonstrated experience in treasury management, financial analysis, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance and accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash management and funding
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Experience in the distribution sector (an asset)
  • Experience in ERP system implementation or migration
  • Excellent business acumen in an international corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in treasury management, financial analysis, and planning
