About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Job Summary

The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various product lines. This includes providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Provide expert advice on office supplies to customers, including recommendations on product suitability and features.
  • Develop and implement effective advertising and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Greet customers and engage in discussions about their purchasing requirements, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, tracking sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
About Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to learn and develop your skills. You should also have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Benefits Package

BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a 35-hour workweek, flexible work arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
