About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with our quality management team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Work in a variety of healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, and home care support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Registered with BCCNM and in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Confident in your caregiving abilities.
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional with a positive attitude.
  • Fully vaccinated and boosted.
  • TB test/Chest X-ray (6 months).
  • Full immunization record.
  • Mask fit.
