Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, Oncology, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring patient choice and autonomy, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize patient care, provide clinical expertise, and lead the plan of care, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop, implement, and modify care plans, including short- and long-term goals.
• Establish therapeutic relationships through effective communication and interviewing techniques, promoting patient choice and autonomy.
• Discuss and plan referral information with patients, families, and healthcare team members, initiating referrals to relevant healthcare agencies as needed.
• Participate in rounds and patient care conferences to ensure consistent and comprehensive care planning and delivery.
