Role Description

As a Sales & Customer Service agent, you'll play a key role in advising clients on the best protection options for their assets. You'll analyze customer needs, promote relevant products and services, process changes in payment methods, and handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English-French) is highly desirable
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • Previous sales experience is a significant advantage
  • A natural communicator with excellent listening and empathizing skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various systems
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to study for and pass the provincial exam to obtain an insurance license
