About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students as preferred
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
