Position Overview:

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who embodies our commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a vibrant outpatient environment and is eager to expand their knowledge while making a positive impact on clients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and limitations in mobility.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and reasoning.
  • Utilize electronic charting systems to document treatment sessions and recommendations effectively.
  • Oversee treatment provided by Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Mentor Physiotherapy students as needed.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and referral sources.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
